Emotive & Cinematic photo session
This golden hour couple session took place at Portishead RNLI Beach, one of Somerset’s most understated coastal locations for natural, relaxed photography.
We began the session with simple movement not far from the beach, allowing the couple to ease into the experience without pressure. As the light softened, the session naturally shifted from playful to intimate. Gentle direction encouraged closeness and interaction, creating genuine moments. The coastal textures, muted tones, and wide horizons of RNLI Beach provided a clean, timeless backdrop that allowed the focus to stay on emotion.
By sunset, the landscape and light came together to create a more cinematic feel: subtle silhouettes, soft highlights, and stillness. I absolutely loved every second of this session
